Notice of Public Hearing for Site Plan Approval for Property Immediately North of 211 Saw Mill River Road

                NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held remotely by the Planning Board of the Town of Mount Pleasant on Monday, May 18, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. for the site plan application of Acquest Development Company, LLC. (Applicant) and/or 211 Saw Mill, LLC. (Owner) of vacant property located immediately north of 211 Saw Mill River Road, Hawthorne, NY., which Site Plan Application #SP 20-001 is for the proposed construction of a 153,062 Sq. Ft. building comprised of 136,214 Sq Ft. warehouse space, 16,848 Sq.Ft. Office Space;  Surface Parking – 40 car spaces, 10 van spaces, 62 van loading spaces, and 12 truck loading spaces; and two levels of private parking garage below building grade – 141 car spaces, 587 van spaces with access from 9A, on a legal parcel (10.475 acres) in the CRB Zone.

Premises located on the west side of Saw Mill River Road, distant approximately 300 ft. north from its closest intersection with Belmont Road, Hawthorne, NY. and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as Section 111.16, Block 1, Lot 32.

At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or in opposition will have an opportunity to be heard.
