NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT STRUCTURE FACILITY AND SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO MODIFY ITS PERMIT TO OPERATE THE POCANTICO LEAF COMPOST FACILITY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Mount Pleasant, New York shall conduct a Public Hearing at the Town Hall on the 26th day of June, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. to discuss a resolution authorizing the Town to enter into a Lease Agreement for the installation of a wireless communications support structure facility on its property located at Pocantico River Road and designated on the Town tax map as Section 105.15, Block 1, Lot 64 a/k/a Beech Hill Road (hereinafter the “Property”) and submit an amendment and renewal application for its permit to operate the Pocantico Leaf Compost Facility, also located on the Property with NYS DEC.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the public hearing upon said proposed Resolution an opportunity to be heard in regards thereto will then and there be given to those in favor and opposed to the passage of such proposed resolution.
