Comprehensive Plan Information

Overview

On November 7, 2022, the Mount Pleasant Town Board adopted an updated comprehensive plan. This is the first update to the 1970 Comprehensive Master Plan in over 50 years. The plan, Envision Mount Pleasant, was created with considerable public participation facilitated by the Pace University Land Use Law Center, in addition to detailed research and analysis.
