Overview

The Architectural Board of Review reviews all applications for ALL signage and facades on commercial property and all new construction and renovations for commercial property. Any changes (paint color, exterior renovations, canopies, windows, storefronts, additions, etc.)

New Online Service Center Now Available

The Architectural Review Board is happy to announce starting March 6th our new Online Service Center! ARB applications for ALL signage, facades on commercial properties, new commercial construction, and renovations on commercial properties (paint color, exterior renovations, canopies, windows, storefronts), are now available online. With this new service, residents and businesses will be able to submit and pay for ARB applications online, track and monitor the status of their applications, save in-progress application drafts, view inspections, and message Town staff throughout the application approval process!
