Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
Interactive agendas are available for Town Board, Architectural Review Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings. Residents can view agendas as well as back up materials for each agenda item.
Alerts for agendas are no longer emailed as residents can view these interactive agendas in real time at least 72 hours before a meeting.
Most information will be available through this online access. Those materials not available can be requested via a FOIL request in the Town Clerk's office.
The Supervisor is the chief elected official of the Town of Mt. Pleasant. The position of Supervisor is a two-year term, full-time position. The Supervisor is responsible for the administration of town government. Duties of the supervisor include: the administration of the Town's daily functions, budget preparation and control, treasury management and the renewal of notes evidencing short-term indebtedness. The Supervisor is also a member and the Chairman of the Town Board. Councilmen and Councilwomen are elected to four-year term, part-time position. The Town Board is the legislative and policy making board in the Town of Mt. Pleasant.
