Department Responsibilities |
Justice: Jurisdiction over civil matters and small claims up to $3,000. Jurisdiction over traffic matters, misdemeanors, violations and arraignments for felonies.
Justices serve a four year term – part time position.
Court Clerk: Responsible for payment of fines, court filings, records and calendar.
